Refund Policy
If you've received wrong or expired product(s), request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For damaged or missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Request returns via email at info@jideninc.com with your reason, order, and contact details.
- Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
- We will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping (with courier reimbursement to your PayTM Wallet).
- After receiving your product(s), we will verify and initiate replacement or refund as per stock availability.
Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@jideninc.com.
Non-Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Request generated after 7 days from delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery
Return Process
- Email your return request to info@jideninc.com.
- Pickup is arranged within 5-7 business days, or self-ship if pickup is unavailable.
- After inspection, you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within a few days.
JIDEN reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and may verify orders before shipping.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: Provide bank details for refund.
- Returns: Refund after product is received and inspected (up to 2 weeks after pickup).
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank for processing times.

Partial Returns
You can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
- Email your return request to info@jideninc.com.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable unless otherwise stated).
- Refunds will exclude return shipping costs.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
